I find it theoretical possible, because Jungkook seems to be with anyone together. They aren't top of the glory anymore nor will they stay/regain the same level in south korea, meaning bang ain't going to be able to pay everyone off to keep it silent and cover for them. what I find suspicious is that giving the "hints", the media hasn't talked that much about it, I haven't seen the outrage or the explosion like with the tattoo hooker in 2019. Still...i doubt that they would admit it and there are still some reasons as to why it could be a coincidence -
1) the tattoo is ugly as hell and it suit with jungkook's other ugly tattoos
2) jungkook already has tattoos that he copied from other people / that he saw on other people and wanted to have
3) it is possible that they both saw this tattoo and both like the same type of ugly stuff
if I were to concentrate just on the tattoo and what could speak for it just based on that - he mistakingly forgot to have the tattoo covered by the editing team and now ths shit is out. On top of that, what fans don't know/realize, they are trained for this type of stuff. he should have known better.
What makes it a neutral reaction / this is such an ugly tattoo, it wouldn't serve the "couple" any good to have such a shit forever melted in your skin.

Hi, I’m writing this with 100% honesty, no hidden agenda. I want to clarify that I do NOT stan any other K-pop group. I’m serious when I say I lost so many precious years, my time and my money, because of BTS. Not specifically because of them as people, but because of stan culture in general.
I genuinely want to tell whoever is reading this that you are going through a phase, and you should try to just be a casual listener if you like their music, without participating in stan culture and becoming an “ARMY.”
For context, I started stanning BTS when I was 16; I’m 24 now. I was really deep into stan culture: I went to concerts, bought merchandise and photocards, watched their livestreams, fought antis on Twitter, had my bias as my lockscreen, and told myself I was “in it for life.” And honestly, I still wouldn’t even consider myself one of the really die-hard ARMYs, I’ve seen worse.
One day my mom saw a photocard in my phone case and asked me why I didn’t carry a picture of her instead. And she was right. Why did I have a picture of a man I truly don’t know instead of my own mother? Why was I hanging posters in my room and using them as my lockscreen? And the crazy part is that all of this is considered normal in stan culture, when it’s really not.
Now that I’m an adult, I can compare myself to people like my best friend who, instead of living her life through seven men (whom I don’t even know), just listens to their music casually. Because she didn’t get wrapped up in stan culture, she spent her time on other hobbies like reading and knitting. She has such a rich vocabulary, and every time she speaks it reminds me of what others were doing while I was wasting my time online.
Stan culture in K-pop is poison for the brain. K-pop idols are at the top right now partly because they’re not treated like normal Western artists. They’re packaged and presented almost like idealized characters. You’re just looking for a community to belong to, and stan culture exploits that.
Another thing I realized is how much pressure there is to stay loyal. If you criticize anything, you get attacked. You’re not allowed to grow out of it. That’s not normal or healthy.Liking music is harmless. Losing yourself in a fandom is not. Just don’t let any industry steal your time, because time is precious and is the most valuable thing you own. Your brains is always learning, do not let it learn useless garbage. I could have learn so many other things instead of learning the theories behind bts mv's or whatever.
I already know some people might be mad at this, but that actually proves my point. I know exactly how I would’ve responded back then. Now, before typing anything online, I just think about how the person I’d be defending or crying over is probably in a penthouse scratching their butt while eating a full meal, while I’m just a broke student with way more important things to worry about.

The number of stories that start out “(group x) saved my life” “they say (group x) comes into your life right when you need them”...No, you were in a bad place and found something with so much content and media varieties you could fully immerse yourself while your trauma healing took place naturally and on its own (time heals everything, esp when you can hyper fixate on attractive people and fuel your fantasies).
KPop is the second “hobby” I’ve had that has filled that hole. The first was in my mid 20s with baseball (on TV every day, attractive men, rich history, casual fan for whole life), and 20 years later it’s KPop. But I see it for what it is, enjoyment and entertainment (and something I don’t spend any money on, besides Spotify)
....And also if they were a little empathetic concerned group of men they wouldn't promote stan culture or parasocialism. They are greedy men. I've seen other musicians call out their fans for being obsessive. But BTS milk it out and make more money out it.

I've noticed they've done more lives than usual since they've returned from the military (almost every week, if not every other day), as if they turn it on for their fan sympathy & therapy session. They need to get the help they need, get off those lives & stop leeching for fans sympathy . Don't fall for the parasocial bait!!

There is absolutely NO reason as to why BTS should have been exempted from the military. They are a product that comes in an overwhelming amount and are, have been and will be always replaced by another tool, another boyband, another "project".
