It seems that the only thing that Namjoon has done lately was to make stupid statements, with his latest being he wished the company would take better care of them...
Namjoon was always problematic, always forgetting that he doesn't hold any professional value, yet demanding some sort of respect that he thought he can enforce through the non-sensical idiotic labeling in kpop of a "leader".
It's not that he is stupid and doesn't know the effect comments like this, while bang and the company are being investigated is going to cause. Let's go once again through the fact that in kpop, with all the babying and manipulation existing, fans assume the "protective mother" role, at the same time girlfriend / wife status 🙂sleep🙂. In their perspective the members are perfect and blame everything on the company.
For the past years BTS has promoted terrorist groups like black lives matter, while dismissing and acting against their own people (touring band, dancers, producers...almost none of them are koreans), making donations (mostlikely though through the company as a tax deduction and they just slapped their name on it), which caused fans to donate about 1 million to the terrorist group with their executive director being charged with wire fraud and money laundering
they have funded the war in gaza and deceive their fans with personal manipulation.
They are at a point where it is obvious that it cannot go like this for a longer time and instead of being thankful, at least jungkook and namjoon seem to have become the poster boys for stupidity.
I don't even care whats behind it, because ....too much wasted time on his stupidity...but he shouldn't bite the hand feeding him. Or the hands....all of them...with their lies about the personal life, the "poorn innocent" acting and all the shit they are doing.
With the latest breaking attempt at jungkook's house (female, travelling as a tourist from japan, 50 years old) I realize that both BTS and stray kids which have much in common when it comes to their fans behaviour and how they treat them, have fans that are either much older or much younger then them proving that the concept is based mostly on mental manipulation - either young girls to phantasize over them at a young age, or lonely middle aged women, with their own personal issues.
Rarely you find the same level of obsession amongst fans their age

Re: Namjoon's statement, I briefly listened to Hybe Boy's commentary re: what he said, & as someone commented, Namjoon's mental health is suffering & yo-yo-ing to where he makes certain statements, then apologizes to the fans & (fake) smiles over what he said & posts stuff on IG like Let's be nicer to each other, we're all trying our best...
I just wish he would stop venting & walk away from the group so this Bangtan soap opera can end...or at the very least, be quiet until March 2026 & then make a decision to leave if he's tired of "leading" grown men...
And I wish JK would stop allowing these break-ins- they seem calculated so fans can feel sorry for him.

the reason why I did not posted hybe boys video was because i turned off after a few minutes. He was so fake into trying to give some other almost esoterically meaning to namjoon's comment that it was too much...more than usual...for me to digest. what the hell do they all want. they had so much given to them for no reason, no worries, no stress, while I am here getting all sick and with grey hair from stress, and not dying my hair like them, while at the same age...no. again. it's kind of my last resort to say no.

to the people here who have been somehow part of my life, even as a reader - i wish you not just in the spirit of...whatever christmas is...but in the spirit of maybe a better alternate universe...i wish you all the best and let's live for yet another year exposing stuff as much as we can. I mean...obviously it will never bee possible to expose the darkest stuff, but at least open the eyes of people about what's really going on.
I didn't listen to all of it either, but I was able to get the overall message of what the live was about without having to watch the entire thing, because at this point, it's not worth it...while watching some of the live, I turned it off when they started talking about other members' sleeping positions.... 😳 Tuning in to the lives is useless now because you never know what weird & creepy stuff they're gonna put out there, still craving attention.
And despite all the accolades & freebies given to them, it came with a cost that's now manifesting its ugly head, & its a 911 call for help for all the members (or 119 in Korea). They need to stop venting to fans & sending these mixed messages via social media, & vent to the professionals that can truly help them, but do they really want the help?!

Yes, I understand. I also watched his namjoon translation rather than the video. also because it is easier to do so in the background while...cleaning the house...I turned it off mid in the jungkook part.

I hear ya, & the Kpop industry doesn't need anymore nutjobs- they have/had enough of them, & some of them committed suicide. That's why I'm hoping this daily Bangtan K-drama will end for the better.
