Yes, this is correct. Hybe/BigHit needs to feed the impression, that the label/company is worth something on their own, but it's just a big bubble filled with bad air and lies. Once it explodes, everyone goes bankrupt, so now, everyone involved, has to keep up with the appearances.

There are a lot of gay staffers, but most band members are surrounded by hookers, who yes, are stalkers/sasaeng.
They pay the company to be around them, that's how many of them wear at the same time designer outfit. That's how people like Bang are making money under the table while deducting it from BTS and taxes - they are hiring all these non-sense staffers (holding a fan??), a huge amount of "stylists" and hookers females around them, whose salary is deducted from taxes and from BTS's earnings, meanwhile most of them are just stalkers/sasaeng paying to be around them and to touch them.


As to the sexual stimulating part - we've seen this with every group, how they are hyped and cheered by the hookers around them, whenever they do something, at photoshootings, video filming. They don't train, don't work, don't study. Most of their activities are doing photoshoots and filming. During those activities, they have to be on point, active, engaged, energetic, flirting, smiling...you can't do this almost every day for the camera, without a provocation. Haven't you noticed how they all flirt and smile at the hooker behind the camera? How you always hear girl laughter around them?

The fact, that they undress in front of female staffers should be forbidden. They can always arrange some blinds, to create a bit of privacy. When it comes to what the company doesn't want to show you, they will make sure you don't find out.
