1) Ador was created by Hybe/bighit/bang. Creating subsidiary labels has multiple reasons. Look at sony, warner, universal, Kellogg, etc. The idiocy of this idea is similar to the stupidity of NewHooker's members. Why and how should Ador, which is created by hybe, as a subsidiary label, declare independence ?? And what mess? Trying to get out of the contract without paying what was signed for? Why would Hybe hire him back, when everyone can do whatever he was doing? In the end Ador is a company. While NewJeans might have been the main group, it is not THEIR company, but the other way around. Ador is a company who is in charge of groups or soloists. They have no obligation to do what they are told by some lunatic hookers.
